The staff are superfriendly and amicable, no complaints. The units are a decent size, luxurious with king bed. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges are a nice touch.

The location was great and fab for Whistler, very close to Lost Lake, a beautiful place as well as quiet serene location away from the bustle of the village. It also was near lakes too.

Overall it was a decent size and brilliant with easy access provided for bike storage. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the room too. The hotel was in a beautiful location next to outlets, the golf course and Whistler and Blackcomb skiing.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow tbh and there was too soft bed in my room.

Marvellous location and overall the staff was superfriendly and amiable. Got the same king suite booked online with tumble dryer, king size bed plus large bathroom. I didn't want to leave and would like to stay longer.
